Toyota was seeking a new way to catch the customer’s eye at trade shows — something strong and bold, yet innovative — to compliment the new TRD truck series. An augmented reality application, with a smart / intuitive UX / UI, made perfect terrain.


Toyota had a physical trade show space that featured 3 trucks from the new 2019 TRD Truck Series. We were tasked to ideate and develop a technology solution, beyond a typical informational touch-pad kiosk, that would compliment the ‘real wheels’. I joined the effort — bridging client needs with technological capabilities, spatial implications, and user interaction best-practices — to design a unique augmented reality experience.
